Arnad is one of those villages, indeed possibly the only village, where you can eat a complete meal, from starter to liqueur, all prepared from local produce.

Gastronomy is something of a local feature in our village. In fact, we have many food festivals during the year, where one can enjoy local specialities, including the famous Arnad ‘lardo’ bacon, which is known throughout Italy and abroad.

In our restaurant at Armanac de Toubie you can taste these local products cooked in the way our grandmothers prepared them.
